O Most Blessed unto God, Our Holy and Ever-Virgin Mary, faithful spouse of the Divine Spirit of Truth, we turn our gaze to the profound mystery of the Incarnation. In your pure and humble womb, the Eternal Word took flesh; within your immaculate breast, He who sustains the universe was Himself sustained and nourished in divine humility.

Recognizing our human frailty, we come before you in deep repentance and sorrow for our sins. We acknowledge the pride that blinds our eyes to the things of the flesh and the transgressions of our speech that wound the Sacred Heart of your Divine Son, the Lamb of God. In contrite humility, we seek refuge under your maternal mantle and maternal breastfeeding's care.
Teach us, Holy Mother, to accept the righteous path of penance with an obedient heart. Cleanse us of all vanity and attachment to sin, that through true contrition, we may become as little children—pure, docile, and renewed by Divine Grace—nourished faithfully at the spiritual bosom of Thee: Our Holy Mother Church, to the eternal glory of Christ our Lord. Amen
